COVID-19 Update on Superior Graphite Operation
Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,
Given the ever-changing situation related to the Coronavirus, we are committed to providing regular updates here to allow you and your companies to prepare accordingly. We are also committed to the safety of our people, and yours. This is the latest update as of April 13th, 2020. We will update this page each week, or if something changes during the week.

United States Operations – We continue to operate our factories in Illinois and Kentucky and offices with normal working hours Monday-Friday. Where possible, we have people operating remotely. During these times, we ask for your patience, however, if you do not receive an immediate response to your question(s). We will work through them as diligently as possible, however, with many people working remotely, it can lead to certain delays in relaying the information back to you.
Also, we are discouraging any unnecessary/unscheduled visits by our suppliers to any of our offices at this time, in order to keep everyone safe.
