European operations – We continue to operate our factory and offices with normal working hours Monday-Friday. Where possible, we have people operating remotely. Please contact us at +46.60.13.41.88, or at CustomerServiceEU@superiorgraphite.com for your product needs, or questions.
United States Operations – We continue to operate our factories in Illinois and Kentucky and offices with normal working hours Monday-Friday. In Illinois, there is a shelter-in-place order, however given the definition of Essential Businesses and Operations, we continue to operate our factories, as allowed. During these times, we ask for your patience, however, if you do not receive an immediate response to your question(s). We will work through them as diligently as possible, however, with many people working remotely, it can lead to certain delays in relaying the information back to you.
Also, we are discouraging any unnecessary/unscheduled visits by our suppliers to any of our offices at this time, in order to keep everyone safe.
